CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect my time and other clients’ appointments, the following policies apply: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and treated as a late cancellation. I require the full appointment time to perform services properly and efficiently. • You will receive two appointment reminders — one 72 hours before and one 24 hours before your appointment via text and/or email.
